Booking is Simple, Fast, and Easy
We believe in a personal touch, which is why we've made booking with us straightforward and hassle-free. Simply fill out our Booking and Information Form to let us know which tour interests you, and feel free to send any questions or messages our way. While follow-up communication is typically via email, we're happy to chat by phone or on WhatsApp—it's always nice to get to know each other a bit before the trip.
Once you've decided to book, we'll send you a confirmation and invoice with pricing and payment details. A deposit, usually 10% of the tour price (20% for private or custom tours), is required to secure your reservation. You'll find a link to our secure payment page on the confirmation/invoice. We use a world-class payment gateway for your peace of mind.
After receiving your deposit, we’ll send you your tour package, which includes a detailed itinerary, travel tips, and any necessary documents.
The balance is due 30 days before the start of your tour, and we’ll send a reminder about two weeks in advance.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
