We try to make the booking process as clear and simple as possible. This includes a transparent price structure, a detailed itinerary, straightforward billing and payment processes as well as a focused contact form. You can reach us directly by using our contact form; followup conversation takes place by email. We also think that personal contact can be important, so we are happy to call you on the phone or on Skype to discuss any trip or booking details.
You receive a booking confirmation/invoice along with a .pdf itinerary and travel tips. A 20% down payment is required at booking. The trip balance is due three weeks before departure.
